Description
Description:
Discover robust tools for driving talent management excellence. In the Foundations pre-requisite course, you’ll explore the TalentTelligent Suite of Products, built on 50 years of research and application. Gain a deep understanding of how to build evidence-based profiles, deploy targeted development initiatives, and build a common language to transform your talent management strategies.
During Foundations you will learn to navigate Leader, Manager/Supervisor and Individual Contributor performance libraries, understanding their similarities and differences while establishing a Common Language for Talent. Interactive card-sorting applications—available both in physical and virtual formats—allow you to engage key stakeholders for informing talent strategies. Your card sorting outcomes then allow for the deployment of aligned development activities using Digital Develop-It-Yourself dashboards or the Career Blueprint.
Over 45 days, you will complete a self-paced learning modality supported by three face to face virtual instructor led training hours to accelerate your self-sufficiency.
Key Outcomes:
You will be prepared to implement comprehensive tools within your organizations and confidently deliver talent solutions that can be applied to all the HR systems.
